Biography
Stephanie Henderson Stocker leads the Employment Law practice group at Henderson Law. She is a highly experienced attorney who brings 20+ years of demonstrated success in negotiating effective corporate contracts and leading results-driven litigation teams.
Stephanie worked for two years during law school as a Rule 9 attorney in the Employment Litigation Practice at the Spokane law firm of Paine Hamblen. She then served as legal clerk for Chief Justice Gerry Alexander of the Washington State Supreme Court before joining the Seattle law firm of Carney Badley Spellman, where she focused her practice in the Employment Law and Litigation practice groups. Stephanie joined Henderson Law Group in 2013, building their Employment Law group from the ground up and successfully resolving over 250 employment law cases for her clients since then.
The common thread throughout Stephanie's career is her sincere and dedicated approach to client relationships. This is evident also in her volunteerism, having dedicated her time to the elected role of Chair of Women United of Thurston County, the Executive Board of Directors of SafePlace Olympia, the Washington State Bar Association, Thurston County Bar Association and elected to the role of VP of Legal & Technology of the Puget Sound Project Management Institute (over 25,000 members).
